these are songs i have recorded

This spring I mixed an album for one of my good friends, Haley Stiltner.  I first met her while working with the band “Next Best Thing”, who she plays banjo for.  Haley and I really hit it off while working on that album.  Last year when she started production on a solo record, I was very excited to get a call from her asking me to mix!  Daniel Boner did an excellent job engineering this record at the ETSU recording lab.  Haley, Dan, and I all collaborated on the way each song was mixed.  “Good Friends, Good Times” was mixed at my studio, Kill The Lights, in Nuendo and Mastered by Doug Van Sloun at Focus Mastering.  Dark and Shady was one of my favorite tracks from this record. Hope you enjoy it.

more songs coming soon!

In the Winter of 2010, Commerce and I set out to record a short EP including two cover songs.  One cover song was “When you were young” by The Killers, the other was “A Long December” by The Counting Crows.  We recorded and overdubbed this song in an afternoon.  It was mixed the next day.  The EP is entitled “It’s hard to stop a trend.”
